Here is the offering of ChemLine® Coatings. Contact APC to discuss your specific needs and to receive a project quote.

A high performance coating with superior chemical resistance and high temperature resistance. Excellent resistance to aggressive chemical exposures, including strong acids, alkalis, gasses, solvents and oxidizers. Temperature resistance to 400°F. Used in a wide range of industrial applications including storage tanks, processing tanks, transport tanks, concrete flooring and secondary containment, piping, FGD systems, ducts, stacks, scrubbers, etc.

A high performance coating with superior chemical resistance and high temperature resistance. Excellent as a lining in the transportation industry resisting aggressive chemicals, strong acids, alkalis, gasses, solvents and oxidizers. A flexible lining that is crack resistant. Other features include FDA Compliant (GRAS) and BPA free. Applied via plural spray component equipment.

ChemLine® 784/31 is formulated with unique polymer technology that provides superior chemical resistance and high temperature resistance for a number of aggressive chemical environments.

A protective lining for abrasion resistant service at higher temperatures. Best chemical resistance at high temperature. Used in tanks, pipes scrubbers and other industrial equipment for many years with excellent results.

A highly chemically resistant conductive coating for applications in aggressive environments where static electricity must be managed. It is designed for environments requiring superior chemical resistance where static build-up and sparks may present operating hazards. ChemLine® Anti-Static cures to an extremely chemically resistant, hard, conductive or static dissipative finish, with excellent abrasion and wear resistance.

This Low Temperature Cure coating is a high solids polymer lining designed and engineered with high functionality, delivering high product performance and chemical resistance. It provides product/parcel tank operators who carry cargos such as Crude Oil, Biodiesel and Biofuels with a lining that offers greater versatility and chemical resistance than Phenolic epoxy linings.

A protective lining for the power industry, with superior corrosion and high temperature resistance, with exceptional flexibility and toughness. Excellent resistance to hot flue gas condensate. Smooth, low surface energy reduces fly ash buildup and resists abrasion. Dry heat resistance up to 500°F (260°C).

High performance Ethanol solvent formulation coating that provides superior chemical resistance and high temperature resistance to 193 Proof Alcohol, Ethanol, Methanol, 98% Sulfuric Acid, 37% Hydrochloric Acid, 50% Sodium Hydroxide, Methylene Chloride, Acetic Acid and most other acids, alkalis and solvents. Ideal for products containing alcohol such as wine and spirits.

A chemical resistant caulk that is easy to apply. Used for concrete flooring and secondary containment applications to fill cracks and joints, and corroded or pitted steel substrates prior to top coating with ChemLine coating. The caulk is 100% solids.
