ChemLine® 784/32 protective coating is a high functionality, two component thermoset polymer coating. When cured, ChemLine®’s 784/32 high cross-link density delivers significantly improved product performance and anti-corrosion resistance. ChemLine® 784/32 is formulated with patented breakthrough high functionality oxirane polymers. |
ChemLine® 784/31 protective coating is heat force cured to deliver an extremely dense cross-linked molecular structure that eliminates high concentrations of hydroxyl groups (found in epoxies) and that precludes formation of ester groups (found in vinylesters) which are subject to hydrolysis and acid attack for high performance corrosion resistance. |
ChemLine® TDC protective coating is a surface tolerant, temperature dissipating coating used to lower substrate temperatures and provide a very corrosion resistant finish. ChemLine® TDC is a specially formulated ChemLine® coating that provides an insulating barrier to reduce high temperature surfaces for personnel protection. |

ChemLine® 2400/32 protective coating is an abrasion-resistant two component ambient or low temperature force cured polymer lining system. ChemLine® 2400/32 is a tough, flexible lining with excellent chemical resistance capable of withstanding the corrosive attack that normally comes handling the abrasiveness of coal, ore, plastic pellets, ice flows and other media. |
ChemLine® 2400/31 protective coating is an abrasion resistant heat cured polymer lining system. ChemLine® 2400/31 is a tough, flexible lining designed to handle the abrasiveness of coal, ore, plastic pellets and other media up to 400°F (204°C). ChemLine® 2400/31 has excellent chemical resistance capable of withstanding the corrosive attack that normally comes with handling these media. |
ChemLine® LE protective coating is specially formulated polymer coating for handling the high temperature and abrasion requirements of the power industry. ChemLine® LE is a two-component force cure system that delivers a coating with high flexibility and toughness, and temperature resistance to 500°F (260°C), while also providing superior resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and oxidizing agents. |

ChemLine® Caulk protective coating is a two (2) component 100% solid material manufactured with the same polymer as ChemLine®. This product is used to fill cracks and joints, and serves as a material for coving uses, and is supplied in complete small sized kits for quick and easy repairs. |
ChemLine® Putty protective coating is a two (2) component 100% solid material manufactured with the same polymer and provided in small sized kits for easy repairs to pitted steel and spalled concrete surfaces. |
ChemLine® Primer protective coating is a surface tolerant primer and sealer with high elongation for priming porous concrete substrates. This ambient or low temperature forced cure primer is ideal for use on either concrete substrates and/or steel substrates. ChemLine® Primer is packaged in 1-gallon kits for easy repair work. |
