Joe Fortman– Joe is from the USA., and currently resides there as well. Joe is serving as Operations Manager in Asia, and currently headquartered in Shanghai. Joe has been with the MarineLine Inspection team, and Advanced Polymer Coatings for the past four years. Joe brings his extensive background in quality assurance and manufacturing into the group.

Capt. Okan Salur – Okan is from Istanbul, Turkey, and makes his home there as well. Okan has spent a great deal of his life aboard and in operation of chemical tankers, at all levels, eventually rising to Master. Okan is as dedicated an inspector, and shows an exceptional ability to maintain high standards in regard to the application process. He’s been a great addition to the team, and is an integral part of the future of MarineLine applications worldwide.

Antonio Rondao – Tony is from Almada, Portugal. Tony has more hands on application experience with MarineLine than probably any other person on earth. Tony is an excellent teacher and project coordinator, and has been very instrumental in bringing the MarineLine name to where it is today with his attention to detail, and vast knowledge of coating application techniques.

Tian, Yeshen– Tian is from China, and is a recent addition to the MarineLine inspection team. Tian has an extensive background as a marine paint foreman, as well as management of projects in China. Tian is highly quality oriented, and a welcome addition to the team.

Oh Suk Kyoon - Oh is from Republic of Korea, and resides in Seoul. Worked at previous shipyards as Marine Engineer and QC for 4 years. Worked for 7 months as Quality Control manager and paint inspection as well as the management of paint crews, including blasting and application teams in Nigeria. Has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul Jungsu College.

Yang, Debiao– Yang is from China, and currently resides there as well. Yang is a recent addition to the MarineLine Inspection team. Yang has an extensive background as a marine paint foreman, as well as management of projects in China. Yang’s attention to detail, and understanding of project specifications are unmatched, and makes him a welcome addition to the group.

Onur Yildirim– Onur is our most recent addition to the MarineLine inspection team, and has served as a Chief Officer aboard chemical tankers for the last five years. Onur resides in Istanbul, and is detail oriented, and has a strong background in project management and operations.

Ugur Ozdemir– Ugur is from Turkey, and currently lives there as well. Ugur is a recent addition to the MarineLine Inspection team. Ugur has an extensive background as a marine paint applicator since 1989. Ugur is familiar with all paints in the industry, and his experience and attention to detail is unmatched. He has coated more than 15 MarineLine vessels, and his experience and understanding of project specifications are a welcome addition to any marine application project.

Galip Kabil– Galip is from Rize, Turkey and currently lives in Istanbul. He has a total of seven years onboard-experience on different types of cargo ships. The last three years he has managed all operations as a chief officer. As soon as rising to captain, he finished his sea life to join the MarineLine inspection team at the beginning of 2007.

Ertug Kemal Yilmaz- Ertug Kemal is from Turkey. He has served as an ocean-going ship officer and Chief Officer on bulk carriers and chemical tankers since 2001. He was also a responsible officer as an owners’ representative in Tuzla shipyard in 2007. Ertug resides in Izmit. He has a strong will, and keen working ability.

Duan Yanfang- Duan is from China, and resides there as well. Cai was hired as an assistant during the coating of several large chemical tankers. Cai has since grown to become a full inspector and is now a valuable member of our inspection team in China.

De Aunte Hawkins – De Aunte is from the USA, and currently resides there as well. De Aunte is a current addition to the MarineLine Inspection team, joining us following 8 years of service in the U.S. Navy. De Aunte is well organized, highly motivated, and an integral part of the continuing growth of MarineLine.

Cai Guokun - Cai is from China, and resides there as well. Cai was hired as an assistant during the coating of several large chemical tankers. Cai has since grown to become a full inspector and is now a valuable member of the MarineLine inspection team in China.

Soe Moe Tun - Soe is from the Union of Myanmar, and currently resides in Singapore. Soe previously worked as a safety officer in a large shipyard in Singapore. He has strong organizational skills and a good understanding of shipyard procedures and best practices.

Liu Dan- Liu “Daniel” Dan is from Shanghai, China and resides there as well. Daniel has a degree in Macromolecular Material Science from Shanghai Tongji University. He has been working as an inspector in marine coating since 2005, and earned his FROSIO certificate (NS476) in June 2007.

Nick Buckley- Nick is from Liverpool, U.K. and resides there as well. Nick shows a strong desire to work in the marine inspection field and is willing to travel wherever the work takes him.
