SWARS Meeting | March 29-30, 2023 at The Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk Hotel, San Antonio, TX

The Southwest Association of Rail Shippers (SWARS) territory includes the Republic of Mexico and the states of Arizona, Arkansas,

Southern California (from and including Fresno and points South thereof), Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah.

The objective of the association is to provide an open forum for railroads, shippers, and others to meet and discuss matters of mutual interest. Topics revolve around service, car supply, scheduling, operating practices, technology, and so much more. SWARS is open to everyone involved in rail transportation, including rail shippers and receivers, railroads, vendors, 3rd parties, regulators, and others.
