Last week, Advanced Polymer Coatings gathered MarineLINE® representatives and consultants worldwide for a week of dialogue and planning at the company’s headquarters in Avon, Ohio, USA.
The gathering was an opportunity to hear from the team about their customer experiences and how they interact to deliver a solid customer experience. All representatives presented overviews of their regions and the specific challenges and customer needs specific to those geographic locations. Talks focused on creating educational tools and resources to not only speed up the time in which their customers receive any information requested, but also how to teach the customer base best industry practices to receive the most out of their MarineLINE® Coating System.
2022 will be bringing new initiatives to how APC operates its business, with improvements noted in several areas to make the entire customer experience better. This includes website updates, updated literature, improved communications of orders and shipments, and new research and development testing.
APC also hopes to expand its reach within the maritime industry through a new media outlet partner, UK-based Polaris Media. Managing Director, Ben Pinnington spent the week with APC staff to learn more about the industry-specific to specialty polymer coating technology that is the MarineLINE® Coating System. APC is very excited to work with Mr. Pinnington and the rest of the staff at Polaris Media for upcoming media releases and news-related communications.
