ChemLINE 784 AS

ChemLINE 784 AS (Anti-Static) combines chemical resistance with a conductive or static-dissipative finish for environments where static buildup presents operating hazards. Its hard, smooth surface supports fast cargo release and steam cleaning, with dry heat resistance up to 400°F (204°C).

02Why It Matters

Why ChemLINE 784 AS

ChemLINE 784 AS (Anti-Static) is a highly chemically resistant conductive coating engineered for aggressive environments where static electricity must be managed.

It is specifically designed for applications where static build-up and sparks may present operating hazards, combining ChemLINE's proven chemical resistance with conductive and static dissipative properties. ChemLINE 784 AS cures to an extremely chemically resistant, hard, conductive finish with excellent abrasion and wear resistance, and can be ambient cured over time or lower temperature forced air cured for immediate service.

Performance Advantages

  • Excellent conductive and static dissipating properties
  • Superior bond strength and adhesion
  • Highly resistant to wear, abrasion, and impact
  • Flexible coating — withstands movement and vibrations
