Protect Your Equipment. Keep Production Moving.
High-performance linings and exterior coatings for the tanks, process equipment, and steel structures that keep energy and chemical processing facilities operating.
Keep Critical Systems Running
Corrosion Puts Production at Risk
From acids and caustics inside process equipment to chemical exposure and weathering outside, corrosion threatens the equipment your operation depends on. Damaged linings and deteriorating surfaces can lead to leaks, product contamination, costly repairs, and unplanned shutdowns. Protection must hold up to the chemicals you handle, the temperatures you operate at, and the demands of daily production.
Aggressive Chemical Exposure
Acids, caustics, solvents, and elevated temperatures place constant demands on tank and process equipment linings. Protection must withstand the specific chemistry and operating conditions of each application.
Equipment & Containment Integrity
Chemical attack can compromise tanks, piping, and containment surfaces. Maintaining a durable protective barrier helps reduce the risk of leaks, product contamination, and deterioration of the underlying steel or concrete.
Exterior Corrosion & Weathering
Moisture, UV exposure, chemical splash, and daily wear take a toll on tank exteriors and exposed steel. Durable coatings help preserve surface integrity and reduce recurring maintenance.
Unplanned Downtime & Repairs
Lining failure can take critical equipment out of service and disrupt production. Repairs, surface preparation, recoating, and curing add costs and put pressure on already limited maintenance windows.
Industrial Lining Systems
Backed by technical documentation and validation, these systems enable more confident, defensible specification decisions. Our technical team works closely with customers to ensure proper selection, application, and longevity.
Protection Built Around Your Process
APC’s coatings and linings help protect chemical-contact surfaces and exposed exterior steel throughout energy and chemical processing operations. ChemLINE 784 and ChemLINE 784 ES form dense, highly cross-linked barriers that resist chemical attack and help preserve the integrity of tanks and process equipment. TriFLEX delivers durable exterior protection against corrosion, weathering, and mechanical wear in a direct-to-metal system. Together with application-specific technical guidance, these technologies help extend equipment service life and reduce coating-related maintenance.
A two-coat polymer lining for demanding chemical storage and processing applications. Its highly cross-linked structure resists chemical penetration and attack, helping protect underlying surfaces from corrosion over time.
Engineered for highly concentrated acids and other aggressive chemical environments, including applications involving elevated operating temperatures. Provides durable lining protection where chemical and thermal demands require a higher level of resistance.
A triple-resin, one-coat direct-to-metal system combining corrosion protection with weathering resistance, flexibility, and impact resistance. Helps simplify application while maintaining exterior color, gloss, and durability.
Where Our Industrial Lining Systems Work
APC’s technical services team provides direct application support for rail shops, including on-site guidance for shops applying APC products for the first time. This is not a generic hotline. APC dispatches trained specialists to work alongside applicators.
This support includes pre-job consultation, on-site technical support, application guides and TDS access, and ongoing phone and field support.
