ChemLINE 784

ChemLINE 784 is engineered to deliver superior chemical resistance and long-term protection for rail tank cars, ISO tank containers, industrial storage tanks, demanding chemical, oil and gas, and energy applications, and so much more.

The Science Behind it All

Performance Starts at the Molecular Level

More Reactive Sites. More Potential for Crosslinking.

ChemLINE 784 performance begins with APC’s proprietary high-functionality polymer technology. Its tightly crosslinked molecular structure creates a dense protective barrier designed to resist harsh chemicals, reduce absorption, and protect valuable assets from corrosion.

Conventional Novolac Epoxy

Epoxy Polymer

Fewer reactive sites

Lower polymer functionality provides fewer reactive sites available for crosslinking.

ChemLINE® Technology

ChemLINE Polymer

Significantly more functionality

APC's proprietary polymer contains significantly more reactive functionality, creating greater potential for crosslinking as the coating cures.

02Why It Matters

Superior Chemical Resistance. Protection That Lasts.

Built for harsh chemicals. Designed for long-term service.

In demanding industrial environments, coating performance directly affects how well tanks and equipment withstand chemical exposure, and how long they remain in service.

ChemLINE 784 provides a durable barrier against aggressive chemicals and corrosion across rail tank cars, ISO tank containers, storage tanks, and processing equipment. Its advanced polymer technology helps operators reduce maintenance and extend service life across chemical, oil and gas, energy, and other industrial applications.

Operational Outcomes

  • Strong Chemical Protection — Withstand aggressive chemical exposure while helping preserve tank and equipment integrity.
  • Longer Service Life — Resist coating degradation and reduce the need for premature repairs or relining.
  • Lower Lifecycle Costs — Reduce coating-related maintenance and unplanned downtime, helping keep operations running reliably.
